The spacious, well-lit Deenside Studio would suit a dance or aerobics class, photographic shoot, or could be easily laid out to accomodate an office workgroup or product showroom.

There is a shutter door enabling access for furniture, vehicles or other large items. The vast glassed area admits natural light, and the lower panes and door glass is mirrored from outside for privacy.

An LCD projector is available and Internet access can be provided, either by WiFi or network cabling.

We offer a choice of two meeting rooms. The Wandesforde Suite comprises a large, flexible meeting space that can be configured as required. It contains a ceiling-mounted LCD projector and several network points with free high-speed broadband. Wireless access is available on request.

Outside the Wandesforde suite is an open and spacious lounge area with TV news or radio, and a kitchen for the preparation of Tea/Coffee and snacks.

 

The Caisléan Room is a smaller, boardroom-style meeting room, intended for up to 10 people. It too has network facilities and a ceiling-mounted LCD projector. Accessed from the reception area on the ground floor, it is particularly suitable as an interview room.

 

We currently have a choice of three spacious offices, all on the ground floor.

Office 2A is 100 sq. ft., Office 2B is 156 sq. ft., and Office 2C is 188 sq. ft.

Offices are available for short or long term rent, and are equipped as standard with a desk, chair and high-speed Internet access.

You can use your own mobile and laptop or we can supply office equipment and a private land line (for long-term renters only).

 

Present a businesslike image to your clients and correspondents by taking one of our secure mailboxes. Your mail is delivered directly to your mailbox by An Post, and only you have access to it.
